   NACHTRAG: Das sind auch keine 2 Beitraege sondern zwei komplett unterschiedliche Screencasts, deswegen auch zwei separate Eintraege. :)

   ich hatte das ständige booten der vom satt und habe seit monaten screenflow in betrieb. eine lizenz für mein geliebtes camtasia auf dem mac wäre klasse. war mir gar nicht bewusst, dass es nun doch endlich den sprung in die mac welt geschafft hat.

   nice screencasts btw und … achja, was mir am besten gefällt? … dass es endlich nativ auf osx läuft :D

   Ich finde es gut, dass man nun in einem Programm das Material auch nachbearbeiten kann. Hat halt seinen Preis…

   Mir gefällt daran, dass es ENDLICH auf dem MAC “nativ” läuft, sodaß man die alte DOSE endlich auf den Müll werfen kann und auch keine Emulation bemühe muss… Denn was ist schon ein Mac, wenn ich doch Windows drauf packen muss?

   Also Jungs von TechSmith, haut rein, damit in der kommenden Version von “Camtasia for Mac” auch die noch fehlenden Tools mit an Bord sind!

   Trotzdem schon jetzt… Immer her damit, ich hätte ein paar Schulungen umzusetzen, da käme mir Camtasis for Mac gerade richtig :-)

    Ich finde geil, dass man bei der bearbeitung Pfeile ziehen kann (sogar mehr), denn somit kann man wichtige sachen hervorheben :)

    What I like best is that it finally was released for the Mac – I was looking for such a screen recording app a year ago, and got intrigued by Camtasia until I saw that it was Windows only then.

    I also like that it’s $99 until December.

    Less is more. Kann alles was man für den Alltag benötigt, ist dennoch super einfach zu handhaben.

    Integrierte Isightnaufnahme ist gut und auf das handling mit den zwei audio channel wäre ich gespannt. Bisher bearbeite ich tonmäßig oft heftig nach bzw. spreche den ton neu ein…

    Camtasia has as many frustrations as it has advantages. For anyone used to a video editing program, the inability to lift sequences for reinsertion in other locations results in significant time loss. The uni-directional effects are extremely limiting — everything begins and ends from the left or top of the screen. That makes title crawls from the right or bottom almost impossible (you have to trick the system, which takes far too much work). And, if you’re working with clients who use Camtasia Studio — the PC version — the raw Camtasia files are incompatible; they’re not even recognized by each other. And changing certain output options requires editing the plist (using a third party application) instead of simply changing a preference.

    For straightforward screen capture presentations, Camtasia is fine. For anything else, you’re limited by the applications own restrictions.
